You can't. To destroy the Hyron, you have to kill the captive girls one way or the other because they're pretty much merged with the computer. Even if theoretically Adam could shut down the computer without killing them, they would die anyway. They've had their spinal cords severed so they could be plugged into the machine. And they're kept in a hallucination state. So they're pretty much vegetables anyway. Sorry, I wish you could save them too but really it's more of a mercy killing.
